About David Otto
David Otto has vast experience as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Lawyer, Defense Attorney, Prosecutor and has exceptional trial experience. He has been practicing law in Nevada for 17 years in both state and federal courts.
It is his goal to keep you out of court if possible. But if you must go, he's one tough trial lawyer.
Mr. Otto graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts in 1986. He obtained his law degree from the New England School of Law in 1993. He moved to Nevada to work as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Brent T. Adams, Judge of the Second Judicial District Court of Nevada.
In addition to his many years in private practice as a civil litigator and criminal defense attorney, Mr. Otto was Senior Deputy Attorney General for the State of Nevada. While there he prosecuted financial crimes.
Mr. Otto has successfully completed many jury trials and has litigated a diverse set of Civil and Criminal Cases. David Otto has successfully settled thousands of cases for his clients.
